Planning - None of our plans will leave you feeling like we are copying and pasting your weekly schedule. Once you are on board with us, we will initiate a free consultation to discuss your needs and what you want from your training. We will send you a questionnaire to fill in, to help us better understand your goals.
Scheduling - Training Peaks or Excel. We can work with whatever is best for you but we would strongly recommend using training peaks. We will review your plan as many times as needed and update/ alter where needed.
Testing – We will test your progress every 8 weeks to ensure that your training is going in the right direction. We will discuss testing results with you and Setup and apps you are using.
